Uzoma Dozie is former GMD and Bank CEO of Diamond Bank, successfully merged with Access Bank Plc in 2018. He launched Sparkle, a mobile-first platform for Nigeria's retail sector, offering various services and transforming daily business operations. Dozie is known for his investments in Nigerian technology startups, active involvement on the Board of Women's World Banking, and hosting the online TV show "Tech Turks." He also introduced TechFest in 2018, bringing together prominent figures from Nigeria's technology and business sectors. He studied chemistry at the University of Reading and after that, obtained a master’s degree in organic chemistry from the University College London.
